The Ratty Arms
Cumbria CA18 1SN
This 'Ratty’ is a typical English country pub where the locals meet and socialise and visitors are welcome too.  In winter a roaring log fire warms you up and there is good homemade food to fill empty tummies.
The pub is housed in what was the old Ravenglass Station built in 1873 and is full of railway memorabilia.  ‘Ratty’ is the affectionate local name given to the little narrow gauge Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway which terminates just opposite the pub.
The staff welcome you to their cosy Victorian sandstone and granite pub.  Darts and Dominoes matches are held between competing local teams. There is plenty of fun for everyone.
