It is amazing what treasured collections can be found in little villages off the beaten track. The C M Booth Collection of Historic Vehicles is located in the middle of Rolvenden Village near the pretty town of Tenterden, in south-east England.
Falstaff Antiques in the middle of the High Street fronts the museum which specializes in Morgan 3 wheeler motor cars and a variety of other vintage cars, motorcycles, bicycles, tricycles and displays of toy and model cars. Surrounding the displays is a wealth of old signs, auto-memorabilia and books for sale on the Morgan automobile.
Display includes Morgan 3 Wheelers, Humber tri-car
At any one time there can be up to 11 Morgan 3 Wheelers on display dating from 1909-35. Most of these vehicles are in working order and several appear regularly in vintage rallies and runs.
Some of the vehicles on display include a 1929 Ford 'A', a 1929 Morris Van, the only known 1904 Humber tri-car, a 1936 Bampton Caravan, a 1911 P&M m/c sidecar, a 1911 Premier m/c., bicycles and tricycles.
Chris Booth opened his collection of Morgan 3 Wheelers to the public in 1973. This knowledgeable and practical enthusiast is happy to share his love of these unique vintage vehicles with the visiting public.
